By using any tool on app.arborax.io — Calculator, Growth Simulator, Funnel OS, Task Manager, Growth Calendar, or Notes — you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the tools.

Use of the tools

• The tools are provided free of charge, for personal and commercial use, with no account required.
• You're responsible for the decisions you make using outputs from these tools — they're aids for thinking, not financial, legal, or professional advice.
• Don't use the tools in a way that disrupts, reverse-engineers for malicious purposes, or attempts to compromise app.arborax.io or its infrastructure.

Your data

Each tool stores its data locally in your browser. You're solely responsible for backing up or exporting anything you don't want to lose — see our Privacy Policy for details on how storage works.

Intellectual property

The design, code, and content of these tools belong to ArboraX. You may use the tools themselves freely, but you may not copy, resell, or redistribute the underlying product as your own.

No warranty

These tools are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We work to keep them accurate and available, but we don't guarantee they'll be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

ArboraX isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the free tools, including loss of data stored locally in your browser.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the tools after a change means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page, along with an updated date at the top.
